Ghanaβs Princesses have been held to a goalless draw at half-time by South Korea after a competitive opening 45 minutes.
The Princesses have shown attacking intent and continued to push for the opening goal, but neither side has been able to find the breakthrough.
Ghana were dealt an early setback when Esther Asamoah was forced off through injury, with Latifa Abesik coming on as her replacement.
In the 38th minute, Sarah Nyarko came close to breaking the deadlock, but her effort sailed over the crossbar.
Just two minutes later, Nyarko appeared to have found the back of the net, only for the goal to be ruled out for offside.
The Princesses remain on the front foot as they search for the opener, but the two sides head into the break level.
