Manchester United is pushing Andre Onana toward the exit

A split between Andre Onana and Manchester United seems inevitable, as the English club has decided to part ways with its goalkeeper despite two seasons remaining on his contract.

Currently on loan at Trabzonspor, the Cameroonian goalkeeper had hoped to return to Old Trafford to revive his career.

But the Manchester United management no longer counts on him and wants to reduce its payroll, deeming his status incompatible with his high salary.

Having arrived in 2023 from Inter Milan for approximately €50 million, Onana has never managed to establish himself as a permanent starter.

Several options are now emerging for his future. Trabzonspor wants to keep him, while Besiktas JK is also monitoring the situation.

AS Monaco could also make another move for him, as could certain clubs in Saudi Arabia.
