The summer transfer window is gathering pace, with Turkish clubs actively looking to strengthen their squads ahead of the new season.
Among them, Fenerbahce has reportedly identified Neil El Aynaoui as a priority target. The Istanbul giants are preparing for the possible departure of N’Golo Kante and have turned their attention to the Moroccan midfielder, who is currently under contract with AS Roma.
El Aynaoui joined the Serie A side in the summer of 2025 on a five-year deal, but after just one season in Italy, he could already be on the move.
While negotiations have yet to produce an agreement, Fenerbahce remains keen on securing the services of the 25-year-old.
The Moroccan international enhanced his reputation with impressive performances for the Atlas Lions at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Known for his versatility and composure in midfield, El Aynaoui is currently valued at €23 million by Transfermarkt.
