Cameroon continued to control proceedings and were rewarded with a second goal when Naomi Eto doubled their advantage, leaving Malawi with a mountain to climb.
Ngah Manga then completed her brace to put the contest beyond Malawiโs reach and cap a remarkable individual performance.
