The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has unveiled a redesigned special edition KoPa kit forthe Copper Queens at the ongoing 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.
FAZ General Secretary Charles Chakatazya told FAZ Media that the exclusive jersey was designed specifically for the continental tournament.
Chakatazya said the Copper Queens will debut the new-look KoPa strip when they take on Egypt tomorrow in their opening Group C match.
He said the fresh design is intended to inspire confidence as the team begins its quest for WAFCONsuccess, while also boosting sales of replica jerseys to strengthen the KoPa brand and support FAZ.
“The Copper Queens deserve a kit that reflects their ambition and fighting spirit. We want them to wear this jersey with pride and confidence every time they step onto the pitch,” Chakatazya said.
The special edition KoPa trip will be available in Zambia’s traditional national colours of orange, green and white.
