Manchester City midfielder Rodri snubbed his club teammate Erling Haaland while asked to name his favourite for Ballon d’or 2023 which ceremony will take place in less than two weeks.
France Football will reveal this year’s Ballond d’or winner on October 30, in Paris during a five-star ceremony.
Among the favourites are Erling Haaland, Manchester City’s goal machine, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.

However, Rodri, Kevin De Bruyne, Onana and others are the other players who can dream of winning the award even though the have less chances.
Speaking in an interview with Spanish channel La Cope on Wednesday, Rodri was aksed to name who he thinks will win the Ballon d’or 2023 and the 27-year old snubbed Haaland.
“Who’s going to win the Ballon d’Or? For me, I think Lionel Messi is going to win it”, Rodri replied.
