The experienced forward believes the development of young players must receive greater attention, insisting that providing the right opportunities and support at an early age can help transform promising youngsters into future stars.

The former Nac Breda, Marseille, Swansea City and West Ham United star stressed that young footballers need more than just talent to succeed.
