Ghanaian goalkeeper Solomon Agbasi has completed his move to South African Premier Soccer League side Stellenbosch FC on a long-term deal.
The 25-year-old shot-stopper joins the club after his spell with Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak, where he established himself as one of the clubβs goalkeeping options.
Agbasi will wear the No. 16 shirt at Stellenbosch and is expected to compete for the starting goalkeeper position as he begins a new chapter of his career in South Africa.
The move provides the Ghana international with an opportunity to continue his development in the South African top flight while pushing for regular first-team football.
Agbasi will now turn his attention to adapting to his new surroundings and competing for minutes as Stellenbosch FC continue their campaign.
