Matchday 2 of the UEFA Champions League continues this Wednesday. Nine matches are on the agenda, including AS Roma vs. Real Madrid and—most notably—a thrilling clash between Manchester City and PSG.
Following Barcelona’s emphatic win in Istanbul and Bayern Munich’s comeback victory against Viking, more sensational matchups await fans. After beating Napoli on Matchday 1, Manchester City are looking to build on that momentum; the Citizens are also coming off a confidence-boosting Premier League win over Liverpool. They now face two-time European champions PSG.
Real Madrid, currently in middling form in La Liga, travel to face AS Roma. Liverpool, fresh from their victory over Atlético Madrid, aim to strengthen their standing on the European stage; they face a less daunting away trip against LASK.
