Paris 2024 Olympics ended on Sunday with African countries winning 13 gold medals while failing to make it to the Top 10 of the final ranking of the tournament.
Kenya is the African country with most gold medals as they claimed four, 2 silver medals and 5 bronze mdelas.
The Eastern Africa country is also the nation with the most medals won in the tournament with a total of 11 accolades.
Algeria comes second on the table with 3 medals two of which are gold.
South Africa, Ethiopia, Egypt, Botswana, Uganda and Morocco are the other countries which won at least a gold medal.
