Chelsea are reportedly prepaing a new contract for Nicolas Jackson as the Senegal international had an interesting first season in London.
The 23-year old scored 17 goals and provided 6 assist in 44 appearances across all competitions after joining the Blues from Villarreal.
Jackson proved Chelsea officials that he is reliable and one to count on for the upcoming years.
And according to Fabrizio Romano, the club’s hierarchy is preparing a new contract for him.
Like Cole Palmer did on Tuesday, Nicolas Jackson who current deal runs until JUune 2031, is expected to extend it with a salary raise.
Despite Victor Osimhen’s potential signing, Chelsea still rate Jackson high and will continue to support him as they expect him to deliver as well under Enzo Maresca.
