Ghanaian international Kwasi Sibo has agreed personal terms with Turkish Super Lig side Gençlerbirliği over a two-year contract with an option for an additional season.
The midfielder is set to earn around €1 million per year under the proposed agreement, as negotiations continue towards completing the transfer.
Sibo reportedly received more lucrative offers from clubs in Libya and Egyptian giants Al Ahly, but the Ghanaian has opted to favour a move to Gençlerbirliği.
The decision reflects the midfielder’s preference for a return to Turkey and the opportunity to continue his career in the Turkish top flight.
