South African referee Abongile Tom has been appointed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to officiate the CAF Champions League second preliminary round first-leg encounter between Zimbabwean side Scottland FC and Angolan giants Petro de Luanda.
The match is scheduled to take place in Zimbabwe on Saturday, October 18, with Tom set to lead the officiating team for the crucial continental fixture.
