Accra Hearts of Oak secured a valuable point on the road after playing out a goalless draw with Dreams FC in Matchday 5 of the Ghana Premier League.
The fixture was moved to the Legon Sports Complex, which serves as Hearts of Oakβs home venue, but Dreams FC were designated as the home side for the encounter.
The Phobians struggled to create clear-cut opportunities for much of the game, with both sides failing to break the deadlock despite efforts in the closing stages.
Hearts came closest in the 80th minute when Yaw Baafi found himself one-on-one with Dreams FC goalkeeper Rahman Osman. However, Baafi was unable to beat the goalkeeper as Dreams survived the scare.
Dreams FC responded moments later when Razak unleashed a powerful strike towards goal, but Hearts goalkeeper Benjamin Asare produced an excellent save to deny the hosts and preserve the clean sheet.
The 0-0 result means Hearts of Oak remain unbeaten at the legon Sports stadium this season but are now winless in their overall last three matches, a run that is likely to raise concerns among the Phobiansβ supporters.
Hearts will now look to return to winning ways in their next Ghana Premier League outing as they seek to maintain their push near the top of the table.
