Paris Saint-Germain have extended the contract of head coach Luis Enrique until 2030, as the French champions continue to build on the most successful period in the club’s history.
The club also announced new long-term contracts for five first-team players, underlining their commitment to maintaining a strong and competitive squad in the coming years.
Luis Enrique joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2023 after previous spells in charge of Barcelona and the Spain national team.
Since arriving in Paris, the Spanish coach has guided the club to unprecedented success, including two consecutive UEFA Champions League titles and three Ligue 1 crowns.
The 56-year-old enjoyed an exceptional 2024-25 campaign, leading PSG to six trophies before taking the team to the final of the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup in the United States.
PSG Secure Long-Term Deals for Four Young Stars
Alongside Luis Enrique’s contract extension, PSG confirmed that defenders Lucas Beraldo and Willian Pacho, midfielder Joao Neves and academy graduate Senny Mayulu have all committed their futures to the club until 2031.
Portugal international Joao Neves has established himself as a key player since joining PSG from Benfica in 2024.
The midfielder has already made 100 appearances for the French giants.
Ecuadorian centre-back Willian Pacho, who also arrived in 2024 from Eintracht Frankfurt, has made 105 appearances for PSG.
Brazilian defender Lucas Beraldo joined the club from Sao Paulo in January 2024 and has continued to develop as part of PSG’s defensive options.
Meanwhile, France Under-21 international Senny Mayulu represents the club’s commitment to developing young talent.
Mayulu joined the PSG academy at the age of 12 and has progressed through the ranks to become part of the first-team setup.
Fabian Ruiz Signs New PSG Contract
PSG have also reached an agreement with Spain midfielder Fabian Ruiz, who has signed a contract extension until 2028, with an option for an additional year.
Ruiz joined PSG from Napoli in 2022 and has become an important figure in the midfield.
He has made 171 appearances for the Paris club, contributing 16 goals and 28 assists.
With Luis Enrique now tied to the club until 2030 and several key players secured on contracts running through 2031, PSG are laying the foundations for continued domestic and European success.
The new deals also demonstrate the club’s desire to maintain continuity under Luis Enrique as they seek to remain among Europe’s elite.
