Spanish giants Sevilla FC have reached an agreement to sign highly-rated 18-year-old Ghanaian international Emmanuel Abrokwa from Adabraka Elders, in a landmark transfer that marks a historic moment for both the player and Ghanaian football.

The talented winger is set to become the first Ghanaian footballer to sign for Sevilla directly from a club in Ghana, with the Spanish side agreeing a contract that will keep him at the club until 2029.

Abrokwa’s move is viewed as another significant breakthrough for Ghana’s emerging football talent, with the youngster earning recognition for his pace, creativity and attacking flair. His performances have attracted interest from Europe, culminating in Sevilla winning the race for his signature.

The deal was successfully brokered by player representatives Daniel Boifio Junior and Jorge Garcia of SBE Management, who oversaw negotiations leading to the agreement.

With the transfer now completed, Abrokwa is expected to begin the next chapter of his promising career in Spain, where he will aim to establish himself at one of La Liga’s most historic clubs while continuing his development on the international stage.
