WAFCON 2026: Vincentia Amedome to Officiate Malawi–Zambia

Togolese referee Vincentia Enyonam Amedome has been appointed to officiate the WAFCON 2026 clash between Malawi and Zambia on August 5 in Rabat, Morocco.

Renowned for her rigor and experience in major African soccer tournaments, the Togolese referee will be responsible for ensuring fairness in this decisive match of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Her appointment confirms the CAF’s renewed confidence in her leadership and expertise as a referee.

For this assignment, Vincentia Enyonam Amedome will be supported by an international refereeing team.

Benin and South Africa are providing the assistant referees Nafissatou Yekini Shitou and Maneo Evodia Tau, respectively while Eunice Akintoye Yemisi of Nigeria will serve as the fourth official.
