The Uganda U-17 Women’s National Team head coach Sheryl Botes has named the final squad that will face Kenya in the return leg of the second round of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.

The match will be played on Saturday, 30th May 2026 at Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya.

The team is expected to depart Entebbe International Airport on Thursday morning aboard Uganda Airlines.

Teen Cranes assistant captain Angel Gerevans Dominick has rallied Ugandans living in Kenya to turn up in big numbers and support the team.

‘I thank Almighty God for giving me the opportunity to be part of this team. Our coaches have prepared us well for the second leg and I call upon all Ugandans in Kenya to come and support us in big numbers. We promise to fight for a positive result,’ she said.

Botes has largely retained the squad that drew 1-1 with Kenya in the first leg at the FUFA Stadium, Kadiba. Tahia Nantege comes in for Sheila Mungutimu as the only change to the travelling squad.
