Ghanaian forward Caleb Ekuban has completed a return to Italian football after joining Hellas Verona on a contract running until June 2028.
The 32 year old striker makes the move after spending the past five seasons with Genoa, where he featured across multiple campaigns in Serie A and became an experienced figure in Italian football.
Ekuban’s transfer marks a new chapter in his career as he returns to Italy with Verona, bringing considerable experience at both club and international level.
The Ghana international previously made his name in Italy before establishing himself with Genoa, and his familiarity with Serie A is expected to prove valuable as he begins his latest challenge.
At Verona, Ekuban will provide experience and an additional attacking option as the club looks to strengthen its squad and compete effectively during the upcoming campaign.
His move also represents another opportunity for the forward to continue his professional career in one of Europe’s most tactically demanding leagues.
After five seasons with Genoa, Ekuban now turns his attention to helping Hellas Verona achieve their objectives, with his new contract keeping him at the club until the summer of 2028.
