Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana could paye for Cameroon national team again as he is expected to feature in their decisive clash for 2024 Africa Cup of Nations qualification against Burundi next month.

The 27-year old announced his retirement after having a misunderstanding with Rigobert Song during the World Cup in Qatar.

The then-Inter Mialn goalkeeper has been removed from Indomitable Lions squad.

Few days later, he decided to announce his retirement from international football.

But things seems to have been fixed between him and Cameroon head coach.

According to FootAzimuts, Cameroon government managed to convince Andre Onana to come out of his retirement in order to serve his country next month.

Cameroun (4 points) is taking on Burundi (4 points) on September 12 to determine who makes it to the AFCON next year in Ivory Coast and needs all of its talents available.
