Zambia’s versatile forward Lubambo Sailas Musonda has joined German second-tier side 1. FC Magdeburg from Danish second-tier club AC Horsens.

The 29-year-old spent the 2023-24 season on loan at Danish Super League club Silkeborg IF and won the Danish Cup. His contract with Horsens ends on June 30, 2024, after which he is expected to officially join Magdeburg.

In the just ended 2023-24 season of the 2. Bundesliga, Magdeburg finished 14th on the 18-team table to stay in the second-tier league.
