The Super Eagles’ newest player, Victor Osimhen, has arrived at the team’s training facility ahead of Sunday’s AFCON qualifier against Sierra Leone.
The arrival of Osimhen was announced on the Super Eagles Twitter account.
With the most recent addition, there are presently 22 players in camp, with only Fenerbahce defender Bright Osayi-Samuel anticipated.
Osayi-Samuel assisted Fenerbahce in their first Turkish Cup victory since 2013 over the weekend.
Osimhen scored 26 goals as Napoli captured their first Serie A championship since 1990.
On Monday, June 12, the Super Eagles held their first practice at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos.
After playing in the NPL Super Six playoffs, Divine Nwachukwu and Ebube Duru opted not to participate in the session.
Meanwhile, in today’s training, players who won titles with their various clubs were given a guard of honour.
