AFCON Super Eagles Camp Swells As More Players Arrive Camp For Sierra Leone

More players arrived at the Super Eagles camp on Sunday night in preparation for their match against the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.

On the first day, 19 players showed up for the team’s Eko & Hotel Suites camp.

On Monday (today), the remaining four athletes are anticipated to join their teammates in camp.

The early comers to camp included Wilfred Ndidi, Ademola Lookman, Alex Iwobi, Joe Aribo, Kevin Akpoguma, and vice captain William Troost-Ekong.

Later tonight, the Super Eagles will conduct their first practice at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos.

The game is scheduled for Sunday at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Stadium in Monrovia, Liberia.
