Despite earlier announcing their final squad, KCCA FC have continued to sign more players with the latest being Emmanuel Peter Loki.
The South Sudan international signs for the 14-time champions on a two-year contract joining Mustafa Kizza as the club’s other signing on transfer deadline day. A statement on the club’s official website said: “Emmanuel Peter Loki has penned a two-year deal with KCCA,” adding: “The forward joins KCCA FC from Uganda Premier League side Soltilo Bright Stars where he has been for three years since 2020. Loki is also a South Sudanese international and has featured for their U20, U23, and senior men’s national sides.
“Loki has been added onto KCCA’s roster for the 2023-24 season and has been handed the famous shirt 8 that was previously worn by Jackson “Mia Mia” Mayanja a Club Legend and also currently Board Member.”

Loki spoke to the club website after putting pen to paper and had this to say: “I am delighted to have joined KCCA FC, one of the biggest clubs in Africa. I am looking forward to the challenge of playing in various competitions and helping the club to achieve its goals. I am confident that I can make a positive contribution to the team and I am excited to get started.”
Loki becomes KCCA and Sergio Traguil’s ninth and final signing ahead of the 2023/24 season after Kizza Mustafa, Joel Sserunjogi, Brazilians; Joao Gabriel, Vinicius Michael, and Angolans; Bruno Adilson Mfulu, Emilson Gonzaga, Cungulo Da Silva, and Etienne Katenga.
