AFCON AFCON 2023: StarTimes Nigeria Acquire Right To Show All Matches

The highly awaited TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Cote d’Ivoire 2023 and all CAF Events staged in 2024 will officially stream on StarTimes.

The media powerhouse officially obtained the rights to broadcast sports broadcasting in a breakthrough move that promises to alter the sports scene.

This calculated acquisition underlines StarTimes’ dedication to providing its audience with top-notch sports content and solidifies its standing as a major force in the African media market.

Sports Premium, Sports Life, and Beta Sports are the only channels that will carry all fifty-two of the matches.

One of the most prominent football competitions in the continent is the Confederation of African Football (CAF)’s Africa Cup of Nations. Ivory Coast has been selected to host the coveted AFCON 2023 for the second time. This is the second time that the West African nation has done so.

The event, which was originally intended to take place in the summer of 2023, has been rescheduled to begin on January 13 and end on February 11, 2024. Côte d’Ivoire, which is hosting 23 other countries, is getting ready for a spectacular competition that will feature 52 matches and highlight the top football players on the continent.
