Winger Jadon Sancho gave an outstanding performance in Borussia Dortmund’s 1-0 Champions League semifinal first-leg victory over Paris Saint-Germain, according to coach Edin Terzic, who stated on Wednesday that the “big stage” inspired him.

However, the player is aware that the match is yet half way over as Dortmund aims to go to the Champions League final at Wembley in June.
“It’s not over. We’ve still got to go to Paris and get the job done there,” said Sancho.
On Wednesday, Sancho demonstrated his versatility by being a continuous threat in the middle and on either flank.
This kind of play earned him a lucrative transfer from Dortmund to Manchester United in 2021.
The England winger was able to open up the PSG defensive with his dribbling.
He set up a fantastic late opportunity when he found Julian Brandt on the penalty spot, but Marquinhos’ outstanding defending kept Dortmund from scoring.
In an interview with CBS Sports, Sancho gave Dortmund’s 80 000-strong fan base credit for helping the team win.

Sancho had not participated in a game since August and had only made three appearances off the bench during the Premier League season when he came in Dortmund.
Sancho stated he has not considered going back to Manchester United.
“I don’t know. I’m just focused on the present right now.”
