Enyimba Football Club has promoted Assistant Coach Olanrewaju Yemi Daniel to Head Coach until the end of the season.
The club issued a statement that read: “With mixed emotions, we announce the departure of Coach Finidi George, who has officially accepted a coveted post with the Nigerian Super Eagles.
” Coach George has been a tremendous asset to the organisation during his employment, and his services are greatly appreciated.

“Having joined Enyimba FC in 2021, Coach Finidi George swiftly made an indelible mark, leading the team to remarkable achievements.

“Coach George’s departure marks the end of an era for Enyimba FC, but also signifies a new chapter in his illustrious career.
