FIFA World Cup BREAKING : France star ruled out of World Cup 2022 with injury

France national team have just announced one of their stars is ruled of the World Cup 2022 in Qatar due to an injury.

France squad is due to leave the country on Wednesday for Doha to start preparations for their first game against Australia (November 22).

However, Didier Deschamps’ team is dealt a huge blow as RB Leipzig forward Christopher Nkunku had to leave his teammates with injury.

“Injured in training, Christopher Nkunku drops out of the World Cup. The whole group shares Christopher’s sadness and wishes him a speedy recovery”, French team announced.

The team further revealed that Nkunku picked up an injury in his sprain after a challenge with Real Madrid’s Eduardo Camavinga in training session.

In addition, early reports claim Nkunku will be replaced by AC Milan’s Randal Kolo Muani.
