Ghana and Rennes left-winger Kamaldeen Sulemana is on the brink on joining a Premier League side as the French club reached a full agreement for his transfer.

The 20-year showed his quality in his first season at Stade Rennais following his arrival from Nordsjaelland FC.

However, this ongoing season is particularly difficult for the Black Star who is not having the playing time he wants as Bruno Genesio regularly used Belgian star Jemery Doku.

But Kamaldeen Sulemana is living his last hours as a rennes player as the club reached an agreement for his transfer to the Premier League.

According to L’Equipe, Southampton has a full agreement with Rennes of the transfer of Sulemana on a €25m fee.

The 20-year old also has a verbal agreement with the club where he’ll play alongside national team partner Mohammed Salisu as he chose them over Everton and RB Leipzig which where also trying to sign him.

In addition, Kamaldeen Sulemana scored 6 goals and 4 assist in 45 appearances with Rennes.
