Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has finally reacted to the Kylian Mbappe transfer saga as the 24-year old is in a war with PSG over his contract extension.

Mbappe signed a new two-year deal with Paris Saint-Germain last summer until 2024 with an option to extend it to 2025.

However, unlike what other clubs do, PSG officials gave Mbappe the power to decide whether to activate the option to extend or not.

A year later, the 2018 World Champion told the club in a letter that he will not activate that option.
