Nigeria Super Eagles Hold First Training Session As All Invited Players Arrive Camp

Prior to Sunday’s 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sao Tome & Principe, all 23 of the invited players have arrived at the Super Eagles’ camp.

Gift Orban, Victor Boniface, and Jordan Torunarigha are among the players in camp who were just invited.

The group’s first practise was on Wednesday night.

With his assistants, head coach Jose Peseiro travelled to Uyo on Tuesday.

The match will take place in Uyo at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.

The Super Eagles have already confirmed their attendance at the Cote d’Ivoire-hosted AFCON finals in 2023.

To beat Guinea-Bissau and finish first in Group A, the three-time African champions need a point from this match.
