Africa Soccer Musa To Play Majority Of Home Games With Kano Pillars

Kano Pillars new signing Ahmed Musa may not be involved in most of the club away games when the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) resume.

Musa joined the Sai Masu Gida side on till remainder of the season and trained with the team for the first time on Monday.

A reliable source told en.africatopsports.com the Super Eagles captain will only play away games that is close to Kano State.

He said the reason is due to bad road and insecurity.

Also, Musa will not be on a salary and has requested that his bonuses be donated to charity.

Kano Pillars are joint top of the 2020/2021 NPFL table with Kwara United after 19 games.

Their first game when the NPFL resumes 28 of this month after a mid-season break will be against Warri Wolves.

Musa could be available for selection against Enyimba at home.
