CAF Champions League CAF Confirms Kick-Off Times For Confederation Cup And Champions League Finals

The Confederation of African Fooball – CAF has since confirmed on Tuesday the kick-off times for both the Confederation Cup and Champions League finals.

CAF has confirmed the kick-time for the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup final between South African giants Orlando Pirates and RS Berkane from Morocco at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Nigeria. 

CAF has confirmed that this weekend’s highly anticipated TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup fixture between Orlando Pirates (South Africa) and RS Berkane (Morocco) will kick-off at 21h00 (South African) time (19h00 GMT).” CAF confirmed on their official website.

The TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup will be played on Friday, 20 May 2022 at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Nigeria.” Reads the statement. 

On Sunday, following their semi-final clash against Libya’s Al Ahli Tripoli at the Orlando Stadium, the Buccaneers learnt that their opponents in this year’s Confederation Cup final will be Moroccan giants, RS Berkane. 

Last Wednesday, CAF confirmed that the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Nigeria will host the 2021/22 Confederation Cup final this coming Friday, with kick-off times yet to be confirmed.

CAF also confirmed that the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League final will be played at Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca on 30 May 2022. 

Al Ahly will play Wydad Athletic Club in what is expected to be one of the thrilling encounters.

The TotalEnergies CAF Champions League final will be played at Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca at 21h00 (South African) time (19h00 GMT) on Monday night, 30 May 2022. Al Ahly will play Wydad Athletic Club in what is expected to be one of the thrilling encounters. Both finals will be shown live in a number of territories in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe.” Confirmed CAF.
