Transfer window Nottingham tables first bid to sign Wilfred Ndidi from Leicester

Nottingham Forest made another important path in their pursuit to sign Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi from Leicester City this summer.

The 26-year old has a contract until 2024 with the Foxes but he is not against leavin the EFL Championship.

Forest jumped into to the opportunity last week as Africa To Sports reported it and has now made a first offer.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Nottingham Forest tabled a first bid for Leicester in order to land Wilfred Ndidi.

The amount of the offer has not been disclosed but eh transfer expert insists that both sides have now started negotiations.

Ndidi has already agreed personal terms with Nottingham and is only waiting for both clubs to find a common field to make the deal happen.
