Former Inter Milan goalkeeper Samir Handanovic said he did not like Andre Onana’s behaviour towards him in his early months at the Italian club.
The Cameroonian goalkeeper joined the Serie A side last season to settle a rough competition for the N°1 post in the sticks.
However, Inzaghi continued using Handanovic and played him in the first 10 games of the season.
The Slovenian glovesman got injured and Onana took advantadge of him until he was compelled to leave the club.
Speaking to La Gazzetta, Handanovic said he liked the Indomitable Lion’s words when he was leaving Inter Milan but not his behaviour.
“I liked those words, but I didn’t like his behavior in the first two months when he wasn’t playing”, he said.
“But then he was direct with me and I was always consistent with him and I helped him too.
“No one said that last season I had injuries that really hurt my chances: broken wrist, broken finger, strained calf.
“But I was always on the bench with the rest of the team, even when I wasn’t available. I will never go against this club”
