Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta plaudits the prominence of Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny in his team following his superb performance against Manchester United (1-0) on Sunday.
Mohamed Elneny and Thomas Partey secured the midfielding area of Arsenal to help the gunners beat Red Devils at Old Trafford. Their first win in this stadium since September 2006.
As the 28-year-old played the full match, Arteta hailed his humility and his contribution to the team.
“I like players who have zero ego, who want to contribute to the team whether it’s for one minute or 96 minutes and contribute all the time to our culture by giving positive feedback all the time,” Spanish technician said.

“That’s not just on the pitch, but also on the training ground when you are not selected. What can you bring to the group, how can you help and what are you contributing?”
“What Mo [Elneny] transmits to the team is special. Don’t forget that I played with him and I know his qualities as a person.
“He has this energy to create a good atmosphere whenever he goes into a room. And we need that positive feeling that he always brings.
“Mo is a person that is admired by everyone at the club and I think he was tremendous against United at the weekend.
“I always believed in his qualities as a footballer and now I think he is showing them to everyone,” Arteta concluded.
In addition, Arsenal will face Molde on Thursday in the matchday 3 of the 2020/21 UEFA Europa League at the Emirates Stadium.
