Speaking with Africatopsports.com in an exclusive interview after the game Dominance said what was important was a victory for the team.

“It’s good to see that we bounced back to victory after our 1-0 loss to Nasarawa Amazons in Lafia before the NWFL was suspended, she said.

” The suspension of the league gave us a lot of time to prepare for this game.

“Playing against opponent like Bayelsa Queens is not an easy task especially with their current form.

“However, we got the needed three points.

” It doesn’t matter if I’m the one that score or not because football as you know is a team game.

“I know my fans have been waiting for me to find the net again, but I just want to urge them to calm down and I will soon start scoring goals for them.

” As a striker, every defender eyes is on you not to escape their watch while you team is depending on you to give them the goal.

“So I quite understand that I need to put on my scoring boot again and hopefully, I will get the goal on our next game against Confluence Queens.”

Dominance was one of the nominees for the December 2020 NWFL player of the month award.

She has so far scored three goals for Delta Queens in five games.
