Serie A side Napoli have reportedly increased Victor Osimhen asking price amid Manchester United and Chelsea links.

The 24-year old had the best season of his career as he helped Napoli win their first Scudetto in 33 years being the league’s top scorer with 26 goals and 6 assists in 32 appearances.

Osimhen has a contract until June 2025 with the Italian side but wants to complete his Premier League dreamy move.

So far, Manchester United and Chelsea are the clubs showing interests in signing the Nigerian star.

However, Napoli won’t let him go at any price as they increased his price tag.

According to French outlet Le Parisien, Naples have now set Osimhen asking price at €180m. An amount PSG found too high as they want to focus on Harry Kane deal.

As a reminder, tha last asking price was €160m. If a club can’t pay the required amount, the Super Eagle could extend hiscontract with Napoli.

“We already talked to Osimhen before the Scudetto celebration, so we already have a basic agreement on a two-year extension of his contract”, the club’s president Aurelio Di Laurentiis told reporters on Tuesday.

“I have said for a while that Osimhen has to stay. Then, if an offer came in that I could not refuse for the good of Napoli, then we would consider it, as is only natural.”
