Onome Ebi, the captain of Nigeria’s Super Falcons, has refuted the claim that they will not attend their World Cup opener.
The Nigerian squad and the Nigerian Football Federation have been at odds over a bonus problem, and on Friday, there were whispers in some parts of the media that the players may skip the opening game in protest.
While debunking the allegation and highlighting their readiness for the match, Ebi said through the NFF media.

“We don’t have such conversations and I don’t know if there is anything like that.
“We are training and the mood in the camp is very good, we are ready for the World Cup”, she said.
The Super Falcons will take on Canada in the opening group game
