Inter Milan have submitted a second bid to Chelsea in order to sign Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Nerazzurri tabled a €30m offer in order to cinvince Chelsea to let the former Man United star.
The 30-year only wants to continue in Europe and will not join any Saudi Pro League side.
The Belgian star is not in Mauricio Pochettino plans and the club will discuss with Inter in order to reach an agreement for him to leave.
Last season, Lukaku scored 15 goals and provided 2 assists in 44 games across all competitions with the Nerazzurri.
