Africa Top Sports reported when Nigeria become the first African nation to qualify for 2014 Fifa World Cup Brazil after inflicting an aggregate 4-1 win over the Waliya Antelopes of Ethiopia on Saturday in Calabar.
Chigozie Agbim, the skipper of Nigeria’s home-based national team and third keeper in the senior national team, thanked after the game in Calabar, Vincent Enyeama and Austin Ejide who take priority over him in the senior squad, for their contribution into his improvement.
“ I have learned a lot from Vincent and Austin”, Agbim said.
“ They are great keepers and have been in the team long before me so I respect them, humble myself and just learn from them.
“ I do not feel bad that I am a third choice because my time will come”, he added.
