Gossip Tennis: Three Mauritians in the quarterfinals of the southern African championship

Started since 5 January, the Southern African Junior Championship of Tennis continues in Windhoek, Namibia. Three young Mauritians under 14 years have managed to reach the second round in singles.
Jason Ah Chuen, Amelia and Zara Boy Lennon play the quarterfinals of the competition. Their counterparts Hemanshu Rambojun, Dean and Dulthummon Maelyn Neng Chan Tam in the category under 16 are however eliminated.

Ranked N° 2 of the table, Jason Ah Chuen eliminates the Namibian, Archie Norval 6-1, 6-1. He confronts in the quarterfinals, the Malagasy, Miary Rakotondramboa.
The Malagasy Andritoviona Ratsimandresy (1), the South African Richard Thongoana (3) and the Zimbabwean Mehluli Sidanba (4) are among other favorites of the table.

Girls under 14 years, Amelia and Zara Boy Lennon, favorites of the competition were perfect in the first round. The first having kicked off the Namibian, Gina Moolman 6-2, 6-2, and the other, the Botswanan Neelo Bapelo 6-0, 6-0. In the quarterfinals. Boy is opposed to the Malagasy, Sariaka Radilofe while Lennon is struggling with the overwhelming favorite of the table, the Malagasy Randy Randrianasoloson.
