Chisamba Lungu, player for the Chipolopolo of Zambia is suffering from an injury in his left leg. The injury has made it impossible for him to train with his team mates on Wednesday.
This occurred on Monday during a match with Ethiopia in which both sides drew to a 1 – 1. Zambia’s medical team has advised Coach Renard to allow Lungo take a rest for them to be able to take care of the injury in other for him to be fit for the next stages of the 2013 Afcon.
Today Doctor Joseph Kabungo who heads Zambia medical team is going to announce if Chisamba Lungu is going to be fit for the competition against the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Friday.
Both teams have to struggle to make it as they meet on Friday because both teams had a draw I n all their first matches.
