Euro 2020 Monte-Carlo: Anderson passes the first round

After his lost final at the ATP 250 in Casablanca, Kevin Anderson is back on the clay court of Masters 1000 in Monte-Carlo.

The South African made his opening match on this Tuesday against the Polish Jery Janowicz. The 26th player in the ATP rankings spent1h 44 ‘to tame the world No. 24, to the decisive game in two sets, 7/5, 7/6.

In the second round, the No. 1 of African Tennis will cross the racket against the Croatian Marin Cilic World No. 11.
