As part of the celebration of the International Day for Press Freedom (May 3), the professionals of Togolese media organize Saturday, May 4, 2013 a football gala in Lomé.

This activity is the first initiated jointly by the Union of Independent Journalists of Togo (SYNJIT), the African Association of Journalists on the Human Security and Peace (RAJOSEP) in collaboration with the Association of Sports Journalists of Togo (AJST) and DBD & Partners .

“Four teams are formed for this purpose, namely the journalists of the written press, radio journalists, television reporters and correspondents of the foreign press, journalists of the online press, bloggers and freelance,” says the statement of the organizers.

Journalists will meet, always on Saturday at 6.p.m for T des Media, in partnership with Africa Top Sports which is in its second edition. During this evening, presenters, animators, reporters and technicians will be fashion model and will make a fashion show to the delight of the spectators. The evening will end with a java in a nightclub of the capital.
