Nigerian left-back Zaidu Sanusi participated actively by making an assist as his club Santa Clara defeated Aves 3-0 on Tuesday.

What a supersonic race from Sanusi ! While his side were leading 1-0, the 23-year-old decided to take part in the festival of Santa Clara. After having taken the ball to end a counter attacker of Aves, he run with an incredible speed before assisting Cryason who scored with a beautiful header.

His side finally won the game to 3-0 to position 10th in Liga Nos table with 41 points. Just a single point separate Santa Clara from Zaidu Sanusi’s former club Gil Vicente (42).

This season in Primeira Liga, Sanusi made 22 appearances with Santa Clara, scoring once. 25 across all competitons. He is yet to make his debut for Nigeria national football team.
