After their 1-1 draw to Maritzburg United on the previous matchday, the Brazilians were back to winning ways with Peter Shalulile and Themba Zwane scoring for the team coached by Steve Komphela to secure a 2-0 win as Denis Oyango denied TS Galaxy a penalty.

Meantime, Kaizer Chiefs were defeated by SuperSport United despite a late reducer of Lebogang Maynama (2-1).
