Africa Soccer NWFL: We’re having our share of struggle in the early stage- Danjuma

 
 

 

 
Nasarawa Amazons head coach Christopher Danjuma said his side will right their wrongs and bounce back in 2020/2021 Nigeria Women Football League(NWFL) season.
 
The Amazons loss 2-1 at home to Bayelsa Queens on Wednesday in week 2 game of the NWFL.
 
It was their second loss at home in the new season having also loss 1-0 to visiting FC Robo in the opening game.
 
Danjuma in an interview with Brila FM as monitored by Africatopsports.com admitted his side got off to unpleasant start.

The gaffer was optimistic that when his side finally get their legs on the gear, other teams will be struggling then.
 
 
 
 
 
I’ve never started a season like this, so I believe it’s one aspect of Football in my coaching career that I am learning how to deal with and remain afloat which will turn out to toughen me, makes me bitter and wiser. 
 
“We’re having our own share of struggle at the early stage of the season and we are going to be strong and keep going when others will begin to find their own share of struggle too.”
