Delta Queens forward Odubanjo Dominance missed out of the Nigeria Women Football League(NWFL) Premiership team of week 3.
Dominance who had made the NWFL team of the week in the previous two weeks missed out for the first time this season.
The former Jokodolu player was part of Delta Queens squad that defeated Sunshine Queens 1-0 in Matchday 3 of the NWFL before the league went on break.
She played a role in the lone goal scored by Amarachi Ojinma.
Apart from Dominance, no Delta Queens player made the week 3 team of the week.
NWFL in a statement made available via their official website revealed how they pick the players who made the team of week 3.

Osun Babes recorded a big win over visitors Pelican Stars with Yemisi Samuel scoring a brace in the encounter.
Edo Queens and Rivers Angels played out a draw in the battle of the in-form South-south rivals, whilst Sunshine Queens were thwarted by Amarachi Onjirma’s lone goal in Agbor.
Elsewhere, Confluence Queens rediscovered their mojo to compound the woes of Nasarawa Amazons in Lokoja, experienced midfielder Winifred Eyebhoria scored the only goal from the spot, Royal Queens lost to Ibom Angels in Uyo, while Dreamstar Ladies loss to Abia Angels confirmed their worst start to a NWFL Premiership season .
Bayelsa Queens winning run continued with their third consecutive win of the season, after a hard-fought victory over FC Robo Queens in Yenagoa.
Former league’s topscorer Charity Rueben scored the only goal of the match.
Goalkeeper: Mercy Vincent- Confluence Queens.
The Confluence Queens goalkeeper did all she could to keep her side in the game against Nasarawa Amazons.
She made two big saves and showed fantastic timing and handling attributes to claim high balls in the crowded penalty area.
She had herself well covered with great defenders like Kemi Soremekun, Glory Edet, Alexandria Florence and others.
Right-Back: Kehinde Akinwande – FC Robo Queens.
The FC-Robo Queens defender did so well against Bayelsa Queens in Yenagoa and was instrumental to her side just conceding a goal at the Samson Siasia Stadium.
Though she played as a centre back, she looked extremely fit, sharp and confident, surging forward to tremendous effect and sending over a series of balls into the area from the flank.
Left-Back: Kemi Soremekun- Confluence Queens.
Soremekun’s impact against Nasarawa Amazons was there for everyone to see.
The diminutive player played as a left full back for the first time since she joined Confluence Queens from Jokodolu Babes FC. Several times she embarked on dribbles do the channel to pass short crosses infield.
Defensively she was sound, challenging when she needed to and helping the ‘New Direction’ Ladies out of trouble.
Defensive-Midfield: Okuchukwu Chiamaka- Royal Queens.
The midfielder dominated the midfield from kick-off.

Osun Babes Centre-Back Blessing Sunday continued with her recent imperious form with another top-drawer display in an Omoluabi Queens 3-0 win over Pelican Stars in Osogbo.

Right Wing: Maryan- Ezeanagu: Rivers Angels
Maryan- Ezeanagu put in another outrageous good display for Rivers Angels against Edo Queens.
She was clearly full of confidence, sharp and incisive on the flank and gave lot of problem to the ‘Obaseki Girls’ right full back, Jumoke Alani.
Forward: Yemisi Samuel- Osun Babes.
Yemisi Samuel was without doubt the match winner, as she continually tormented the defence line of Pelican Stars and invented ways to get past Gladys Abasi and others.
There’s no doubt that she could and should have scored more than the two goals she did get.
Centre Forward: Charity Rueben- Bayelsa Queens
She was intelligent with her movement her first touch set up countless moments of danger for the FC Robo’s Attack.
She scored the all important goal for her side after getting great supports from Anjor Mary and others.
Central Midfield: Zirike Elizabeth- Edo Queens
Edo Queens played a 1-1 draw with Rivers Angels at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium and Zirike Elizabeth was superb.
Zirike dictated much of the attacking tempo from deep, distributing quickly and playing impressive set pieces into dangerous areas, notching herself a goal and barely misplacing a pass all game.

Forward: Merit Offor- Abia Angels.
The young Abia Angels forward was a non-stop bundle of aggression , energy and movement, assisting Camerounian Billong’s goal and creating some great chances for her side continually.
She deserves to be in the best eleven for week 3.
