Crystal Palace striker Jordan Ayew has reportedly joined Black Stars camp ahead of South Africa and Sao Tome clashes for the matchday 5 and 6 of the 2021 AFCON qualifiers.

In order to prevent the 29-year-old from undergoing a mandatory 10 days quarantine at his return to the UK, Charles Akonnor decided as reported by Ghanasoccernet, to let him behind for the trip to South Africa (March 25) who is part of the countries in the red list of England.

He will then be available for Sao Tome clash in Accra four days later. Swansea City star Andre Ayew and Thomas Partey (Arsenal) will also join the squad next week.
